Picked up 5 boxes of mega dream, ripped the first one pumped to get the Dragonite MA. Each subsequent box had at least 2 duplicate ARs (no luck on SAR 🫠) I’m not too upset with the MAs but seeing the same Zekrom AR in nearly each box was pretty annoying. Is this common or did I just catch some type of fluke batching issue?

Could very well be batching or just odd ‘luck’. Usually not a problem for Japanese, but anything is possible. Eg, I’ve pulled 4-5 of each of Numel, Dustox, Beautifly, and Mimi, yet not one Budew, Magcargo, or Togekiss.
Either way, that is pretty bad luck. I had a good amount of dupes with my boxes, but not to this extent. The Dragonite MA dupes are neat though.
I got some of those dream ex packs, funny thing is i dont even think i got a single double card at all.
infact i ordered another box of em, since the cards where decent ( in away that i mean no doubles )
stay away from Korean boxs though they are just full of 3x 4x 5x the same card and hardly any foil.
