u/24kpodjedoe asked for a Chimchar in its amplified Form. So I went the extrastep and filled this in as an Entry.
Anyway. Here is Chimchar Boom – Amplified Chimchar!
This Chimchar is considered a prankster. It is able to use its psychic powers to create illusions which can intimidate the enemy or prank others.
Amplified Chimchar uses a cloud to fight in the air. It is unknown how this cloud was created but it acts to the will of Chimchar

I know the Wukong drawings of the Chimchar-Line are getting boring. But since u/24kpodjedoe asked for an Amplified Chimchar, I needed to come up with any Idea that could fit.
