So I picked up white 2 today and I found a full living dex, with mythicals and everything. I was considering salvaging some of them with pokemon bank but I'm not sure if they're legit and could get me baned from the service. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
(I think it's a legit copy as I got it from CeX and they check all their games)
++ I'm pretty sure the Keldeo and a meloetta(not shown) aren't legit since their OT's are past the date they were to be recieved in game.. so I have low hopes.

The mythical/event mons were obtained through the “dns” method that lets you change the dns settings on your ds and obtain event mons from years passed.
Up to you if you decide legit or not but you can aquire them again if you restart the save.

Pokebank shouldn’t be an issue. Generally it will just block you from transferring those pokemon to pokemon bank. But anything it doesn’t block it sees as legit and shouldn’t cause issues.
That Darkrai is 100% fake. Just look at the date. The DS didn’t exist then, let alone Darkrai.
Dude, these look like all the mystery gift mons! They’re legit versions of the Pokemon that were distributed at one point, though this cartridge’s previous owner looks to have used a wonder card injector based on the fact that the dates say 1/1/2000 on them
