I have been buying from tpc for years now and I'm clearly not a bot. And I have had previous orders come through just fine, they HAVE my data on file. The fact they gave me no way to explain myself or to try again is maddening. I know this is stupid but I was so excited for these to come here so to have them cancelled now completely ruined my day. I hate how upset over this I am

The only way this gets better is if enough people message pokemoncenter about it. They literally dont listen to anything else and their “customer service” is a joke
You definitely should be justifiably pissed and more sell towards the scalper psychos since they’re the ones responsible for this kind of nonsense in the first place.
If they hadn’t infested the entirety of cyberspace with all of their BS, then people would actually get their orders correctly by now; but because the scalper psychos try to use bots in order to get the merchandise before everybody else, the entire pre-orders end up becoming a massive shit show that affects everybody.
It’s the copy and paste statement for all cancelled orders. If you press them on which term you violated, they will just end the chat.

I think this is a US issue. I have four pre ordered in the UK and have not had any cancellation so far.
