You can't really call Mega Mewtwo overpowered when pokemon with much less attack (and better typings) do as much if not more DPS in PVE though.
Crowned Zacian is practically on par, and you can have multiple of them. Mega Lucario only does slightly less DPS. Shadow Regigigas does about the same DPS. Mega Ray still outperforms them with quite a margin.
Psystrike would need a buff in PVE, something close to Aura Sphere, to make it future proof. (This needs to be done for more moves, specially older signature moves)
As it stands, Mega Mewtwo Y might get outclassed as a Psychic, if they give Ultra Necrozma some broken move signature move, like they did with the fusions. And who knows what happens when new Megas are considered.
Armored Mewtwo would be cool too 👉👈
