Have a large quantity of old code cards dating from 5-10 years ago (pic from Google). Can I use still use these?

Second question: I had an account on the old ptcgo site where I had dozens of decks I had built and used from a decade ago. Am I able to recover those decks at all even if they’re long out of rotation?
