I just finished “A riveting rivalry” from pokemon XYZ and that final was amazing, but WHAT A SHAME the way they did sawyer in pokemon journeys… for real just a cameo in a screen? At the end of the episode theres the promise that they will battle again but nah, what a missed opportunity. Sawyer is top 2 rivals from ash easily. It wouldve been fun watching sawyer as a top 15-20 in the masters tourney.
Its such a shame its almost an insult the way journeys treated kalos, serena only having a 1 min conversation with ash, the Alain disrespect, sawyer not having any dialogue, ash greninja being erased from existence… feels like disrespect to xyz fans but anyways, what a masterpiece of an episode this is.
