Introducing: Mortiseon 👻

I've designed a Ghost Type Eeveelution of my own, Mortiseon! When some Eevee pass away, either through love of their companions, or spite for their enemies, they manifest into Mortiseon.

For in-game…. Eevee will evolve into Mortiseon if KO'd at Lv. 25 or above.

Here's a view doodles of Mortiseon and a sprite, which is still a WIP.
