I’m making a Grass-Ice-Rock starter trio, and here is my Ice-type starter, a Koi fish based off of Japanese theater. I need help with a Signature Ability, and a Signature Move

I thought it was kinda odd that we didn’t get a Pokémon with the ability to self-duplicate until Mega Tatsugiri. Also, I’m aware it looks like a Fighting type.
