I don‘t think that making „remote“ options in a game that was originally specifically designed to be played outside and in-person is generally a bad thing. There are already enough games in which you can catch and collect Pokemon while sitting square on your bum. I think Pokemon Go should keep the focus on being in-person primarily, that‘s what makes it special.
Random question, but does anyone know if there will be an update before February 20th for the LA Tour because my phone does not handle updates to well.

The image used by Pokémon go is odd. Why is the blue gym empty? My guess is we are still getting mega dragonite. It’ll be a surprise for mega night ticket holders only, and then it gets announced for global during the assumed Pokémon presents on the 27th for Pokemon day. Yeah it really screws over early timezones but Niantic/scopely doesn’t care about them unfortunately

I'm only playing to get Hawlucha (the only Pokemon I need in the game), and for shiny Honedge. That's it lol my only gripe is the 10ks being difficult to get from Pokestop spins….
