Ok so in person benefits and remote suffers kinda cool but we will see how this plays out
I generally think this will be a fun feature, I just wish they did something like require 1.5x link energy for remote raids rather than requiring remote passes
8 players is a lot to find in person for most people

Sounds like they took a few good ideas from Dynamax raids. I like the part about not losing your link charges if you don't win the raid.

I'm trying to see how this is going to be a positive experience for the player and struggling. As if remote raiding wasn't expensive enough as it is…
Also, the name 'Super Mega' is just dumb. It was dumb when the Power Rangers did it…and it's still dumb now.
So let me get this straight… If you purchased a in person event ticket, pass, travelled to the event, spent all this money and now they want you to pay more for these crappy megas released that are not meta at this event? The only thing that they are releasing are background Pokemon and paywalled new shinies…No mega zygard, mewtoo, or dragonite. This event is a huge let down. Feeling the burnout. I will still have fun but man they are pushing the wallet hard.

god, everytime this game updates a new made up mechanic it sounds more and more like 90s recess talk, "super mega ultra hd 4k remix & knuckles featuring dante from the devil may cry series!"
So basically you cant do this without a community. Are there any players actually asking for these types of mechanics?
