Recently bought this initially with the intention of cracking and submitting to PSA, but after receiving it today I was holding and looking at it for an hour and being mesmerised by the sheer detail of the card 😀
No idea how the card raw is only around £10. I know about the chase Lugia in the same Silver Tempest set overshadowing everything but this card from Arita is special.
