Its head and tail feathers are filled with water. It cares for Pokémon lost in storms, carrying them to safety. It can withstand lightning strikes without being harmed. According to legend, it grew so strong because, as a young Pokémon, it was always very weak—so it grew powerful to protect the helpless.
