I never liked the idea of them so in the entire time they've been out i only for one and that was one of the Latis years ago. At the time even others noted they didn't complete that task with those raids.
Now years later I opened my game and the professor started talking to me about mega evolution. I checked for new research and only found that one completed. Even though I specifically saw it not done a couple days ago and I have done no raiding in a couple weeks.
Maybe the new changes caused a fix that retroactively made that Lati raid count or they just gave up on trying to make me do the standard 4* mega raids.
