Is Snom the most annoying pokemon to evolve?

The adventure together requirement is a joke but this morning I finally made it to best buddy with my second Snom and earned the 400 candy to finally evolve and I was so excited but then I get this time of day message.. oh well I guess I’ve already waited months for this, another few hours doesn’t matter 😮‍💨
