at first I thought the countdown videos were just cute animations with a number and that was it.
but today I realized every countdown number is in the unique color palette and texture of each generation logo.
and the Pokémon in the short video represents the generation the colored countdown number represents. pawmi, rowlette, sylvion, that gen 5 cat, pachirisu….. and though they sort of skipped gen 8, we did see Yampir running around behind Pawmi in the first video.
so I predict tomorrow the video will feature a gen 3 Pokémon, something cute and memorable from then like Plus and minum, or maybe Lovedisk in a little aquarium. the 2 days left number will be crystalline ruby and sapphire. then the last day we will see both Pickachu and Pichu blowing out a birthday cake with a 1 on it, and the countdown 1 will be gold and silver.
