I’m so happy for your Beedrill’s weight lost.

XLs go to and XXL when mega evolved

It takes lot of energy to mega so it lost weight coming to its original form.

What decides a pokemon if it’s xl or xxl is when your pokemon is compared to the average size of the species.
Beedril when mega evolved become bigger in size and weight.
However mega beedril is compared to the average size of ‘beedrill’ so the size difference goes up making it xxl.

Shrinkage happens….especially when it’s cold.

For some reason, there’s sometimes a difference between what the game considers XXL vs XL between megas forms and their regular form. I have a mighty Houndoom that’s XL when regular and XXL when mega evolve, confused me a ton too
