I just opened an etb and I have the first 4 cards of 8 pack repeated and in the same position, can this happen?

He hit more poke pads in that etb than I did in 11. (2 pc, 7 from a total of 3 lgs, 1 target and 1 gamestop)

When they take all the hits out at the factory lol. Seriously though. Looks like someone took out hits and replaced them with cards from a nearby stack.

I open all my pack with my gf, when possible I will grab 2 booster bundles(the small little boxes with like 6 packs) the last pack we both opened, we got the pack cards plus a shaymin ir.

Those god packs I keep seeing are Pokeganda, makes it so believable that you can get a god pack but in reality the hit rates are just like DR
