A dirty scalper (I say that literally. The guy reeked of weed with glazed eyes, tats all over his hands/face, balaclava pulled halfway down, and super dirty clothes) was camping the machine. He purchased the 4 rivals packs and a tin that dropped (big suprise). He left a single pack of surging sparks. I bought it and ripped immediately. I saw that I nabbed an SIR, let out a cheer, and he (scalper) started begging me to trade a pack of rivals for my hit. He was saying "my neice loves that character. Please "bro" trade me for this rivals so I can make her happy.". Beyond frustrating how little morals these people have. Despite the pos scalper I got a card I didn't have yet!
