I bought the Road to Kalos Pass and didn’t get any of the research. Am I missing something?

Hi, all! Im just wondering why I haven't received the research for diancie or yveltal/xerneas and if it is because I'm not in LA or something.

    The ticketed Xerneas/Yveltal research releases at 10am with the official start of the event.

    The Diancie research unlocks whenever you finish the Xerneas/Yveltal research.
