For the 30th Anniversary Event, Scopely announced that every single available pokemon will be available in the wild, with a shortlist of special cases that will not be available. One thing I noticed while combing through this list is that Rotom is not included, despite being a rare special encounter on par with shedinja. If this wasn’t a mistake, this event will be the first time in history that you can actually shiny hunt rotom.
