After these "Special Pikachus" were revealed alongside Winds and Waves, people all over social media have been debating whether these two are the players' adoptive parents or the professors.
(I mean, just think about it- Scarlet and Violet had version-specific professors, but Winds and Waves have version-specific Pikachus?)
Until we find out who these two are needed for, I have zero clue what's so special about them.
