Gen 10 Regional Meowth – flying Type

In the beginning it plucked feathers from other Pokemon and stuck them into its fur. Time passing by it started to grow its own feathers and wings.

Now bird Pokemon aren't safe around this Meowth. Poor Pidgeys.
