Sorry it isn't the best but I may revisit in a few years time when I have more time and better tools to create it with.
This is Corbele a Water and Grass type from my Wales based region. Corbele sits in a coracle (A round Welsh boat) with a paddle and has a pinecone as a hat symbolising a captains hat.
I hope you like it even tho it isn't too good.
