I’ve been added to groups in the weekly challenge. I thought this was limited to just one group per week, has this changed or a bug of sorts?

Usually restarting the app or refreshing game data will tell you if it’s a bug, if it goes away it is probably just a visual bug.

When someone had this happen last week, their progress only counted toward one of the groups. Made it look like they were freeloading on the other.
They never reported back whether they got the rewards from both.

This happened to me too. Restarting the game doesn’t fix it. I got friend requests from both groups. My progress was only showing up in group 1 – it was stuck at 0 in group 2. I clicked “leave group”, hoping that would fix it. Now I’m only in group 2, but still stuck at 0. I hate looking like a freeloader 🙁

I saw this glitch myself earlier yesterday but it appeared just visual for me. I initially accepted a invitation from a friend to join his group to increase friendlevel with another mutual friend but that one end up not make it on time,the group filled so I left the group try to open a new one myself. I think I accidentally tap on find group or something (the feature that automatically join you into a group with random unknown players). I did spin some stop,no process, I restarted the game, saw me being in 2 group, the old one that I did leave and the new. I restarted again, only new one appeared, I left that too and create new one from scratch with just me spinning a few spin, those registered, then and I invited more friends and it worked well so far.
