Normally I wouldn't reuload ( I did add new content here though) but I decided to permanently move my Pokémon Pestasite posts here for more traction. For context, Pestasite is a Pokémon idea I had for a while; a small grub that can evolve into every type and can bond with other Pokémon to make powerful Gestalts. In these Gestalts, the partner Pokémon painlessly and temporarily becomes a vehicle controlled by the Pestasite with the payoff of creating a combination greater than the sum of its parts. We start with the Fairy-type evolution; Cooticut
Appearance: Cooticut is a small pink insect-like Pokémon. Its abdomen is relatively flat with purple triangles along the top and fringes along the sides. Its second and third pair of legs end in silver feet. The thorax goes together with the head to resemble a wig. The head is triangular with three pink bulging eyes, straight antennae, and hair swirls along the top. The entire thorax is meant to resemble a magenta wig with blue stripes. The forelimbs resemble striped braids ending in shear-like claws. On top of the thorax is a massive growth resembling a chignon.
Description: Cooticut is a fairy-type evolution of Pestasite that bonds with Sylveon. Uses its shears to groom and/or manage the fur of its partner. They enjoy experimenting, trying different hair-styles with their partners They also have an unusual attraction to shampoo and have shown attraction to trainers that use strong fragrants in grooming. Despite being incapable of Combining with humans, Cooticuts have been known to cling to the heads of their trainers and groom their hair as well. It appears that hair-related activities are their default way of showing affection.
Gestalt: In Gestalt form, Cooticut attatches itself to Sylveon's head. T "bow" on Sylveon's head moves to Cooticut's thorax, the forelimbs grow longer, and the chignon unwinds into a massive braid. Cooticut will use its shears combined with Sylveon's ribbon-like protrusions to attack anything that threatens their partnership. Despite the Gestalt being a force to be reckoned with, Cooticut is still capable of showing its affectionate side. In particular it attempts to communicate with smaller Pokémon and even serve food and drinks. In short, when you have a Cooticut in your party, you are going to have SO…MUCH…FUN!!!
