I have lived around this area for months, and I've noticed that two gyms (that are in the middle of a decently sized estate) plus another one out of frame never spawn raids, even during raid hours or raid days. This screenshot was taken at 6:22 pm during raid hour.
Is there a reason for this mechanic?
