    People worrying about refunds are missing the bigger picture: A very litigious company is going try tying up this administration in a lawsuit. Making them waste their time is far more valuable than any rebate is in the long run

    The reason they are saying that they cannot (will not?) comply is I think largely due to the money no longer being in the accounts they were originally in. The money is GONE…. so this BS will be tied up in court for a long time. So long I can see it going back to SCOTUS and the next admin having to deal with it.
