Advice on these shadows please. Purify or not

I know people say to not purify for most cases. But for raids most of these have Megas that are considered “meta” I guess so is it better to purify and have hundos I can mega?

    Near-hundo shadows are better than purified hundos. Don’t purify these because they will still be meta as a shadow.
