I was opening a sealed box of the Japanese Mega Dream set and found this on one of the cards. All of the other cards are fine, and they appear to be legit. I didn’t see any signs that the box or packs were resealed. I’m wondering if it might be from quality control but it still mistakenly got packed anyway, but the card seems fine overall. Any ideas?
