What are some pokemon you KNOW are from one Gen, but spiritually feel like they belong in a different GEN?

For me, Magcargo, Skarmory, Munchlax, and Bonsly always felt way more like Gen 3 Pokemon then Gen 2 or Gen 4 Pokemon.

Magcargo and Skarmory are so obscure and hard to find in Gold/Silver/Crystal, and no important NPCS use them at all until Gen 3 and the GameCube Duology.

And Munchlax and Bonsly get a ton of play in the Gen 3 anime, even being owned by some of the characters, and appear in Gen 3 games like Mystery Dungeon and XD Gale of Darkness.
