I got one of these when the game first came out,it was a machop diamond shiny and i didnt even know it was rarer till my nephew saw me playing and told me it was different
Oh no costumes and backgrounds again…geez. I know a friend who only collects costumes.
They'll give you less for more in the future, the Go Pass will be less in value.

almost went down a dark path with buying battle passes and trying to keep up with these back to back to back events. unless you are a content creator or you have free time beyond measure, these time limited events are lame. good luck to all that grind out this game.

OVERALL, the tickets were way better.
5:10 im surprised they havent added the custom ball capsules and stickers feature from gen 4 to pokemon go yet.
I think the game would be much much cooler, if the Avatar, background and menus were more customizable like any great console/pc game. Being able to customize your outfits colors, textures, logos, your face, better hair, and even your “profiles buddy” separate from adventure buddy, after leveling them up or unlocking skins via catching said skin/accessories/outfit. Let’s say today, I caught Pokopia Ditto, so therefore I unlocked the hat and background to put on my avatar or my profile buddy. Or maybe changing SOME Pokemon’s feature. For example, Blastoise’s canons could be Gold instead of Silver, or a symbol on his shell, toggle or change up the Squirtle Squad shades, etc. Player Profile that display stats, favorite caught, favorite pokemon, pokemon card, favorite game, display state or country flag, dex stats, catch %, platinum trophy case, that sort of thing. Maybe using your favorite background behind your avatar. Idk, just something that can make every trainer 100% their own. Having a less generic Player Profile, putting an emphasis on seeing, visiting friends.
I think it would be a way to make the game more personal (especially how much money some of us spend) without it just being about, how can we make more money or generate more fomo. Obviously there are in game features that need improved but they will always work on that. I’m thinking a change that doesn’t have to do with core gameplay, also not something everyone is forced to participate in while adding to the experience. Might be a lot/ too much for mobile, I have no clue. But they expect us to keep the game on our phones forever, nobody is deleting it anytime soon, might as well go all in on fun, quirky Pokemon/Nintendo features.

Shadow lugia and shadow ho-oh with background are out. Also i have a shadow vulpix with the community day background. I don't think that was intended.
Lol, and then they come with circle shinies. And GO Pass is just the subscription they sneaky push through. Eventually just auto renewal on that.
They’re gonna lose money getting rid of the tickets. I literally won’t buy anything from them if they force go passes only.

The sad part is if they were not so greedy the gopass would have been better than the old timed event tickets because you can claim the rewards after the event end but they made even the paid path for the anniversary not worth buying not even a second mewtwo just candy a joke.
Max soup comes out but by then I'll already have all if not most the dyna/gigantamax mons as hundos. 🙄
