I’ve been hunting for a good groundon for the longest time my best is a 93iv shiny 😢
"Do not use it for Metagross, we have Crown Form Zacian and Zamazenta", "Do not use it for Garchomp, we have Groudon"… Brandon does not realize that not everyone has teams of 6 powered-up Groudon or 6 powered-up Zacian / Zamazenta! Not everyone has 2,000 Groudon XL candies! I'm not top-tier player, but I consider myself somewhat of a grinder (legit lvl 79, stalled because I hate PvP) and I only have 3 lvl 50 Groudons and 3 level 50 crowned dogs. But I do have 6 lvl 50 Metagross and 6 lvl 50 Garchomp (2 shadow each). So – yes – I used Elite Charged TMs to get Earth Power on my Shadow Garchomp (hundo & 96%)!

Little tip: You can use Elite TM (But not spend it, just go halfway through the menu) to peek at a pokemon's hidden power element. Hidden Power's element cannot change for each pokemon, but it could be any element, and you save a lot of normal TMs.
