the Riolu is named Justice btw- he's based on an OC with that name so this is an AU with him where my gender-swapped persona (AFAB ➡️ AMAB) becomes him in EoS :]

as for my emulator, it's a free one (with optional transaction to remove ads) i found on the Google Play Store since i have an Android called NDS64 Emulator- I'm aware that there's better emulators out there, but this is just an easy one for me to use since no ROM directory is required (although ROMs can be used on it which will obviously need one of those) ✨
