My SO and I were in Walmart a couple of years ago, and she wanted to buy one of those mystery box things. I kept telling her they’re usually a scam and not worth it, but she decided to get one anyway. Somehow, she ended up pulling an Evolving Skies pack—and from that pack she pulled the Rayquaza.
But it gets even better. About a year or so later, we moved to a different state that has a local card shop that sends cards in for grading for cheap. We decided to send in a bunch of cards, including her Rayquaza. When it came back, it graded a Pristine 10.
Her luck is insane, don't mind that GM10 Mew she also got lol.
Edit – I definitely don't endorse mystery boxes and I don't recommend anyone to buy one. The only reason why she has the box in the background was to show proof.
