First time playing league. How common is it?

First time playing league after coming back to the game and went all the way to rank 20.

I wasn’t expecting to get the legendary after only 3 tries, even less a shiny version. How common is it to get the legendary?

League is fun but it’s quite time consuming, but if it kinda guarantees to get the legendaries it’s probably worth it.
