Trust me I know how insane this is.. When ETBs for Ascended dropped I ripped a few (including one Pokemon center ETB which i got destroyed on) and ended up pulling the gengar. I was done opening ascended for the time being as the gengar was my chase and I didn't want to push my luck. A few weeks later I went to a local card show and a vendor there had a surprisingly clean PSA 1 gold star pikachu at a reasonable sticker price considering the gold star market and was open to trade. I ended up (hesitantly) trading my gengar + a prismatic umbreon and a few smaller cards to get the pikachu and although I was and am super happy with my trade, I really missed my gengar. Fast forward to today with the new product launch I went to my LCS and picked up one pin collection and one Lucario poster collection. Opened up the Lucario box and got literally nothing until the last pack where BOOM, i hit the gengar again. According to google the odds of pulling the same SIR twice out of ascended is roughly 1/2.3 million (unsure of those numbers). I'm in absolute shock (see pics below)
