Today in Sammamish, Washington, at a Metropolitan Market, I was walking to my car and checking Pokémon around me when an Azelf suddenly spawned at the edge of my radius. I’m Trainer Level 47, Team Mystic, and it appeared completely in the wild—no Lure, no Incense. I was shocked because Azelf is a legendary Pokémon, and I thought legendaries cannot spawn in the wild. Even stranger, it was extremely low CP, which confused me even more. Has anyone else ever seen a legendary spawn like this?
