Is keeping Shadow Regigigas really worth it?

I tried investing some candy into Regigigas but I’m really wondering now, is keeping the dude shadow really worth it? I know the 20% damage boost is worth keeping shadow yet the fellow is for the moment trapped at the charged moves frustation and the ivs are pure shit in a way
