Today’s shiny of the day in Pokémon GO is Shuckle… and honestly, I wasn’t ready for this one. Such a cool shiny with that bright blue colour, and somehow I didn’t even have it yet.

But then came the real question… what do you do when a shiny has terrible IVs?

In this video, I catch a shiny Shuckle from the GO Pass rewards and react to the IVs, and let’s just say… they were not great. It always puts me in that awkward spot—do you keep every shiny Pokémon no matter what, or do you transfer the bad ones?

I know some players keep every shiny for their collection, while others only keep high IV or useful Pokémon. With Pokémon GO constantly adding new shinies, events, and limited-time encounters, storage fills up fast, so sometimes you have to make tough decisions.
