These pokemon are not considered rare according to FRLG Dex.
I have used ACE to finish the Pokédex on my LG version on my switch 2 and I just found this pretty interesting. I don’t understand Latinas and Latinos location. Same with Jirachi.

Latios and Latias have that island habitat you can find them at with the Eon Ticket so that’s probably why
