Poison or Ghost type? (More info in description)

I made this Cubchoo convergent last Faketober challenge.
I wanted to make a sick/ailment/symptoms Cubchoo line.

So the ailment is Radiation Poisoning. The body is internally exhausted as well.
At the time, it was named Cubawoo.

Now that I am revisiting the project. I’m torn between the Ghost or Poison type.
