Time to wrap up Victory Road with the lastnon-legendary fakemon.
We start near the lava pools with the region's homage to Grimer and Muk with Tarby, a Poison/Fire type. Magma Armor is a thematic ability but Merciless is generally the stronger option. When it evolves to Labrava it reaches good all around bulk and usable Attack.
Laveel is a single stage Fire type that also lives in the magma pools. The main draws here are the abilities of Drought and Gooey, which enable weather strategies and provide nice utility. Good speed and special attack mean that Laveel can take advantage of the weather.
Mirshell is a classic looks like a pokeball snail with the Steel/Psychic type. Heatproof means it can survive in the magma polls while Own Tempo is more of a staple of Psychic types. When it evolves to Shellbit it has generally good all around stats, though its on the slower side.
Finally in the cave areas trainers can find two more single stage Fakemon. The first is Dramask, a Fairy/Ghost dual type. This excellent typing is supported by a solid Special Attack and abilities that manipulate status or enable aggressive double battle strategies.
Last up the terrifying single stage monster of Victory Road the Dragon/Dark type Terreign. The abilities of Intimidate and Unnerve highlight the frightening presence of this Fakemon. With great Attack and good Speed, trainers who are feeling unprepared for the Elite Four can add a Terriegn to their team and rest easy.
Next time the legends to wrap everything up!
