I pulled this off a WhatNot stream and went back to the video receipt and check the scratches were there or not when the pack was open, but turn out it did had a scratch. I don’t think the person accidentally scratches it all despite somewhat long nail which is good. Don‘t know what the condition of the card and what the worse slab grade (8 is probably the highest, but luckily it less than $10 and pull from a set that doesn’t have enough hype) it can get since tiny foil particles got onto my finger where their was a scratch on the card to check if it just some kind of crumbs or something
