Does the raid spawn all day or only during game time? Is the gym accessible from outside the stadium? Considering going to Koshien but don’t really want to pay for ticket.

I’ll be there for Go Fest so hopefully you can get these guys outside of the specific dates. We are going to games just not these ones 😩
