Its April 3rd 20:45 as of writing this and for some reason the An Egg-cellent Adventure event is not active in my town in Croatia, I tried everything, logging in/out, closing and opening the game, clearing game data, resetting wifi, mobile data nothing is triggering it. Today I drove to the next town over (10min away) and it turned on, spawns, happening now tab showing it, boosted shiny odds everything. I return to my town, everything gone like there is no event going on. And its not just my account, same thing happening to my friend who lives in the same town.
We tried contacting support with no success, to me they just keep saying that the event is happening from April 2nd to April 6th and that I will get it then, to him they just say “try this” “try that”(stuff like turn your wifi off/on) and ended it with basically “you should have it but you don’t have it”
