Well I started playing pogo again after a long break haha and it looks like the game is treating me good

since I started the game again I noticed frequent 100% spawning around my home and was wondering is there something like a hotspot for them and could it be that I'm located in one in some way?

there are like 10 spawn points at my home so idk if it's coincidence or an actual hotspot mechanic in the game
