Likely not something that occurs frequently, but I had a party running with the challenge to complete 3 raids. We completed the raid together and it counted properly for both of my friends, but not for me.
I completed the raid – it showed up properly in my journal, counted towards the level up quest, triggered the actual level up, but it's about an hour and the party challenge is still incomplete.
