Pokemon Go deleted all of my tagged pokemon I restarted game it’s still gone did this happen to anyone else?

Anyone else lose all of their tags? I came in to play the game and went to my Pokémon like usual, and saw it was gone. I'm also not able to tag Pokémon again, anyone know what I should do?
