With party power and >= great friends, best kyogre counter is Dawn Wings

I saw a couple discussions about kyogre raids so wanted to highlight this to anyone who would like duo it. Best counter is not any grass, not any electric, it is DW.

Basically, Necrozmas, Zacian and black kyurem are so over powered with party power that their neutral match ups are better than most other pokemons’ super effective. With water resisting steel and ice, the DW outclasses everyone else.
